Background based on Browser: While trying to figure out how to use a transparent PNG as a background image, and still have it look good in IE*, I came across this site http://www.blakems.com/archives/000068.html which had the code I needed and it worked wonders! Not sure how, but it works!
*IE on a PC doesn’t support transparent PNG files for some odd reason.
