Walmart in Tallahassee. We have cakes like this here as well. It all depends on who is making the cakes. Connie is the master and she can create nearly anything with frosting and a spray gun. I've seen her make hamburgers, entire picnic tables with chicken, burgers, ants, and tablecloth, or a grill cooking a hamburger. So, while not all Walmarts have them, if you are looking for a really neat cake, stop by and talk the the bakery associates and see what they can do. I work at the Thomasville Rd.
