Redesigning Toodledo via Custom CSS

Toodledo is one of my favorite to-do applications. It has a great free model, a very nice iPod & iPad app, Twitter & email integration, and widgets for Gmail, Chrome, Firefox, Netvibes and such. However, even with all the nice things, the site design leaves something to be desired. And when the site design is lacking, the product can hurt overall.

So I sat down to re-code the CSS and clean up the design. A few hours later, I had Toodeldo Twist. It’s a cleaner theme with light colors and it makes the web app feel much nicer.

Then realized that many other people have done this too. Here are three other nice Toodledo skins I’ve come across.

Toodledo Twist, Toodledo Dark, Toodledo – A Little Mac Like, and Toodledoish – A Bit Better are all available for Firefox, Chrome and any other browser that will work with UserStyles.

Toodledo is a great to-do application and definitely worth checking out. If your only concern is the interface, then use one of the themes above to give it a makeover.

Thank you for posting this! Your current styling doesn’t seem to work with the most recent version of Toodledo’s web interface, but because of this post, I learned about Stylish and now am creating my own restyling. I wish I had discovered this 3 hours ago!

Thanks for posting this! It helped me create a Toodledo styling that evokes a mobile app that I use called 2Do.
