Majestic Las Vegas – First Non-Casino Hotel

majestic conrad hotelThe first ever hotel to open in Vegas without a casino will be the Majestic. The $350 million resort will have 378 five-star suites from Conrad Hotels on the bottom and 286 luxury condos by Majestic Resorts on the top 30 floors. It will be located behind the new Wynn Las Vegas and should open in December of 2006. News from Screamscape.
