Patina: Along with Artropolis, Patina just launched it’s website. http://www.patinastores.com/ I created the one page website in a short amount of time and I think it turned out quite well. Patina sells Books, Journals, and Postcards by Chronicle Books. They are located in the Minneapolis Minnesota area and they are “Shopping Fun For Everyone.”

Holy crap. They change it and made it worse. I no longer claim to have designed that site.
The site to me looks pretty primitive. Simple to use is good but appearance isnt anything special.
I am familiar with Patina Stores and they are very art focused and fashion forward – its surprised me that they didnt put the same effort into the web site and make it a more memorable experience online. Kind of disappointing. Simple to use doesnt have to mean bland.

It always amazes me how when as a companies sales and success increases they venture into new markets but loose track of their mission/vision
