First off, you must be on a PPC machine. It doesn’t work on Intel.

Second, go to Tools -> Extensions and then right click on SpellBound and choose preferences. Make sure everything looks good and spell check as you type is turned on.

You can also right click on any text box and choose ‘Check Spelling’. If there are any issues with dictionaries, it should warn you.

nope – I have the latest version of OS X, Firefox, and the developer version of SpellBound – but it just doesn’t work. Errors are not identified even in the test area of the SpellBound preferences box. What to do?

I never did “activate” a dictionary? Is that necessary? I cannot see where to do that … I’ve installed several.

Nuts. It looks like the stuff is installed, but it’s not finding any misspelled words, either in-line or in the check boxes…
