Technorati announced Tags the other day. It is a way to categorize blog posts so others can easily find them. Systems like WordPress already have tags in the form of categories, however you can add more tags if you want. It’s really a simple idea, however I’m not having the best results getting some blogs to work correctly with the tags. I’m going to try to do a test with this blog and see if it has better results than Blogger blogs. Either way, I now it’s possible and I’ve seen it done right, however my success is still quite limited at the moment.

Well after only a few minutes my Technorati Tag test was a success from WordPress. Leaving me to believe that the Technorati has issues when trying to read their own tags on Blogger blogs that are posted elsewhere (non blogspot sites).
