Besides this house on 20 acres, it looks like he owns two adjacent properties totaling about 160 acres, which border Lake Lucy and Lake Ann. Total for the three properties is about 180 acres, appraised at about 16 million. He moved there more than 20 years ago. The house is a neutral color (not purple!). There is a yellow windmill on the property. He used to have a very bright purple house on Lake Riley (also in Chanhassen) just East of 101. I think that he gave this to his dad.
