mozilla asked me to update midnight, so i let it. and now all my buttons are blocky and square! =( what happened??

Sorry everyone! MidnightFox 0.70 was uploaded to Mozilla with the wrong buttons. The round colorful buttons will be back in v0.71 which will be live soon.

MidnightFox didn’t loose it’s buttons. The new buttons are in a spinoff theme called MidnightFoxy. Don’t worry, the old colorful rounded buttons are still in MidnightFox.

The new tabs seems to overwrite the Colorful Tabs extension. Also, I liked the older buttons better, they were more colorful and I prefer the rounded shape.

I miss the old buttons. Maybe you could have them as an option? All the other buttons in my toolbars are circular and midnightfox used to complete the look.

MidnightFox has been updated to version 0.66a to fix some of the bugs mentioned above. Let me know if there are other major ones.

I’ve always enjoyed the themes you’ve put out, however the buttons have often left a little to be desired - these look outstanding - great work.

hey again! error 220 is when firefox cant transfer the skin.. its happening to me in this site only! I already tested in addons.mozilla.org and its ok! love ur ipox skin btw.. keep up with the good work mate!

I’m not sure what a 220 error is Vasco. But I don’t plan on uploading it to Mozilla’s site until I get some more bugs worked out like David mentioned.

David, I don’t see those on a Mac, but now that I know, I can look into it. As far as the addons or bookmarks manager background, I’m not seeing that at all. Mine are all black Hum……

And I hadn’t noticed, but the dialogs that popup, like download completion ones, or FoxyProxy when loads a PAC are white text on light gray background, which is near impossible to read.

I like it a lot, especially that the buttons get slightly bigger when you hover over them, it only feels slightly jarring that in some dialogs (like addons or bookmarks manager) the background is white. I don’t really know if it would look better in some shade of gray, but that’s the only (minor) gripe I have with this, it’s excellent!
