I know I just wrote about how happy I was with my Apple Store Support experience, but I have to write a follow up. I just keeps getting better.

Less than 24 hours after I took the iMac G5 in, it’s now home and working great. It got it’s hard drive replaced, it’s logic board replaced and all I have to do is re-install my software and configure it. Less than 24 hours, now that’s speedy support!!
