Are you a Posterous fan? What about Tumblr?
I keep looking at microblogging sites, like Posterous and Tumbler, and think they look cool, but I never get around to doing much with them.
To be honest, I love my WordPress and I don’t know why I’d want to create more content elsewhere.
I can see the advantage from ease of use, but the lack of features and the lack of owning/controlling the software that runs my site concerns me.
Are you a Posterous or Tumblr fan? What makes you love them so much?

The Minnesota State Fair, a great way to exercise and get fat.
It’s that time of year again when over a million people head out to the Great Minnesota Get-Together aka the Minnesota State Fair!
There are more than 450 foods available and over 60 of them come on a stick. Most of those are probably deep-fried as well.
From deep-fried candy bars and cheeseburger sliders, to pork chops on a stick and Sweet Martha’s cookies, there is no shortage of food that will pack on the pounds.
But, then there is all that walking!

You were right, The Office is good.

The Office Team
This one goes out to all my friends who constantly talk about The Office and how good of a show it is. You were right, I was wrong.
Christi and I have tried watching The Office in the past and just found it stupid. We couldn’t stand to watch it.
Then we started catching re-runs. A few shows here or there because there was nothing better on. Then we kinda got hooked.
Turns out, you can stream all seasons to Netflix on Wii so it was extremely easy to start the show from the beginning.
Do Everyone A Favor And Share The Source
It’s a little bit annoying when you follow a link on Twitter or Facebook only to be taken to a site that summarizes the story, then makes you click though to the source with the full story.
I think we need to do everyone a favor and share the source.
Don’t get me wrong, there are lots of big sites out there that collect and re-post great information. Sites like TechCrunch, CrunchGear, TUAW, LifeHacker, Gizmodo and so many more do a good job of giving the smaller sites added exposure, but they are also stealing it away.
Where are the iPad Apps?
The iPad was released over 5 months ago, on April 3, 2010, and we’ve yet to see some of the biggest iPhone apps be updated to take full advantage of the iPad.
The biggest Twitter app was Tweetie, which then turned into Twitter and has a ton of fans. However, it’s still absent on the iPad.
While we await Twitter, Twitterrific is quickly raking in the money as its by far the best Twitter app on the iPad. Its price tag of $4.99 may be a bit much for some, but it beats waiting for Twitter to release their version.
11 Free iPad Apps – You Should Check These Out
I’ve had my iPad for a few weeks now and I’m always surfing though the App Store to see what’s new and, better yet, what’s free.
Here are 10 great apps I’ve found for the iPad so far that are worth checking out.

Simplenote
Forget Apple’s Notes application, Simplenote is a note pad that will sync your iPad to the web, to your computer and to your iPhone. It is simple, free and syncs. What more can you ask for?

AccuWeather
With big beautiful images, AccuWeather is one of those apps you just have to show your friends. The weather never looked so good.
How Do You Create a Facebook Profile Page For Babies?
I recently thought it’d be a fun idea to set up Lily with Facebook so friends and family could “talk” with her. Even though she’s only 9.5 months, I think a lot of people would like it. But it’s not that easy.
The first thing I tried was setting her up with her own profile. Facebook does say “anyone can join” but that’s not true. It turns out that you have to be at least 13 years old.
My iPad Review – It’s Fast, Fun & So Pretty
Just over a week ago my wife got me an iPad for my birthday and Fathers Day. Isn’t she awesome?! I’ve been playing with it every chance I get and I think the iPad is an amazing device and it’s just getting started.
When the iPad first came out, a lot of people said it was just a big iPod Touch. Sure, it’s similar, but it’s so much more. The screen size alone makes a huge difference. You have no idea how small an iPhone or iPod Touch really is until you play with an iPad. It makes me look at my iPod Touch and think ‘how can I even use this?’
