Make Firefox Pink for October

Have you heard of the Pink for October campaign?  What they ask is that people modify their sites, aviators or whatever they can to add a bit of pink and spread breast cancer awareness.  You may have already noticed this and just didn’t realize why things were changing to pink.

PinkHope is a perfect match for Pink for October.  The Firefox theme is bright pink and integrates well in to the campaign.  PinkHope has also recently been added to the official Pink for October downloads page.

What do you think?  Are you going pink for October?

I like the pink hope theme for firefox 3. I think not only october, but all year is time for pink. Cancer doesn’t have a date.

Thank you for supporting the Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 😀

We are running a series of 12 contests on the Pink for October website throughout October and there are many attractive prizes up for grabs too. There is also a “Share Your Story” segment where you can share a true story, or encourage your friend/family/neighbour/colleague to share theirs.

What an amazing thing to do. I agree that it should be something we do all year round.
