We are itching to go outside and play.

OutsideSpring hasn’t really sprung here yet, but it’s trying. The March sun is really nice, but the temps are still in the mid 30 to low 40s. That means that we are still waiting to go outside and play.

Lily loves to go outside, and asks all the time. We finally broke down and have taken some walks. We even stopped by a playground once or twice. However, the trips are still pretty short and we have been all bundled up in our winter best. Hat, mittens, snow pants, the whole works.

Soon, the temps will rise and then we can go for longer walks, play in the park and enjoy the outdoors; and we are all looking forward to it.

This spring fever isn’t just in Lily, mom and dad want to get out as well. Especially without all the accessories.

It’ll be here before we know it and then we’ll be out and about and having lot of fun at the park.

Can’t wait!

I know what you mean. We’ve had a couple of great days but then it gets cold again. We’re even expecting more snow in the next few days. I don’t really want to rush it because it’s not unbearable outside, but it would still be nice to sit on the porch while the little guy plays in the yard. Maybe a bbq too.
