Mmmmm Rainbow Cloud Roll
Lily and I shared the Rainbow Cloud Roll at the Minnesota State Fair. It’s Superman ice cream with Fruity Pebbles wrapped in cotton candy. It wasn’t overly sweet like you’d think.

Had our first taste of rolled ice cream today at Wonders Ice Cream in St Paul. It was pretty good but takes a long time for them to serve it up. Looks cool but us just ice cream at the end of the day.
