Ivana is coming to Las Vegas. Ivana Trump, Donald’s ex-wife, is building the tallest skyscraper west of the Mississippi and plans to have it open in 2008. At 923 feet tall it may outshine the Stratosphere. By looking at the rendering above, it makes the Stratosphere look oftly small.
The Donald’s ex-wife is going to beat him as his own game when she completes the Ivana Trump Las Vegas, the tallest skyscraper west of the Mississippi in 2008. The massive residential building will stand 923 feet tall and will house 945 “luxury residential units” inside of it’s 80 floors in addition to restaurants, a gym, bars and a spa. Ivana has teamed up with Australian developer Victor Altomare for this project to be built on the north end of the Strip, not far from the Strip’s other massive icon building, the Stratosphere Tower. For comparison’s sake, they say that the outside viewing deck of the Strat is at the 900 foot level.
Sorry — Library Tower (US Bank) in Los Angeles will remain the tallest skyscraper West of the Mississippi at 1018 ft.
To whom it may concern:
I am very intersted in this residential project and would like to know more about the project. Is it possible to have a meeing/tour? I will be in Las Vegas and available Sat. November 12 or Sunday the 13.
I can be reached at 310.979.7101 as I am in Los Angeles.
Thank you and I shall look forward.
