You may have noticed that my posts have been few and far between lately. It seems that Lily has gotten into a habit of not wanting to go to bed easily, and then getting up at 4:30 in the morning.
This leaves Dad taking care of Lily instead of perusing the internet and writing blog posts.
I’m hoping this is just a phase and it’ll soon pass like all others.
We’re thinking she’s waking up early because her diaper is over full and she becomes uncomfortable. Then once she’s up, she likes to stay up.
So tonight we put on some overnight diapers to see if that’ll help.
Here’s hoping.
Overnight diapers helped our daughters, hope you’re finding success with them. Also, I would allow my daughters to be awake and play in the early morning in their crib (or cry if that’s what they did). They eventually learned to fall back asleep, and wake up at a more reasonable time.

Overnight diapers have helped quite a bit. And she’s learning to cry herself back to sleep at times. So all in all, we’re doing better!
