Jack was made mainly from PVC. You can see the instructions over here. I made him a bit shorter as he was like 8 feet tall and instead of fabric, I used a plastic tablecloth for clothes. The mask is from Amazon so I kind of cheated on that part. All in all, it turned out quite well but I’m not sure how he’ll survive the weather.
