The Muppets are back in a new TV movie. The Muppets Wizard of Oz will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival before airing on ABC Friday, May 20, 2005 at 8:00 pm EST . The whole Muppet gang will be there with Fozzy as the Lion, Gonzo as the Tin Man and Kermit as the Scarecrow. I think Ms. Piggy is the wicked witch and I’m not sue what roll Pepe and Rizzo play but they may replace the dog. 🙂 More details over at Muppet Central.
