Minnesota Winter Prediction

We are currently getting our first shot of winter. With and inch or two of snow last night, whipping winds and temps falling though the 20’s, I think it’s safe to say that winter has arrived!

Now I’m not meteorologist, but I do have some predictions this winter. I predict it’ll be either a) very very snowy or b) very very cold.

My prediction comes from what is happening with the weather today. We are up to our 24th named hurricane of the season, the NE has seen major flooding and severe weather continues to break out in Tornado alley in November! The weather is very active, no matter what you look at. And what’s Minnesota known for? Well cold and snow. Two things that have been, for the most part, quiet over the past few years.

I think that Minnesota will see more snow and cold this year as Mother Nature is constantly brewing up storms and it’s only a matter of time before she sets her eyes on Minnesota.

Lots of clouds and cold cold temps. Plus two big snow storms. (ok that is just a guess)
