Apple LogoI know I just wrote about how happy I was with my Apple Store Support experience, but I have to write a follow up. I just keeps getting better.

Less than 24 hours after I took the iMac G5 in, it’s now home and working great. It got it’s hard drive replaced, it’s logic board replaced and all I have to do is re-install my software and configure it. Less than 24 hours, now that’s speedy support!!

When I went to pick it up, the Apple Store employee even offered to meet me at one of the mall entrances. He’d bring the computer and I’d drive the car up to the curb. That was over the top. Here I was all bummed because I got a cruddy parking spot, but it didn’t matter as I didn’t have to carry it back to my car.

My advice to you all, just make sure that you get Apple Care. Some computers I never have an issue with, others have one to many issues and Apple Care covers it all. It’s got to be included with all purchases for a few years. Better safe than sorry.
