Our cat likes to sit at the table and look for crumbs or try and persuade us to feed him people food. He does this pretty much every meal.
For some reason our cat Griffen wanted to sit at the table just like us and play Uno. He didn’t win.
Our cat Griffen is just sitting on our lap, licking fingers. Not sure what he thinks he’s doing, but he’s just sitting there, licking fingers, and being a bit creepy.
We’ve been seeing those videos of people wrapping cats for Christmas so we decided to try it ourselves with our kitten. Overall, I call it a success. He was pretty much wrapped, didn’t draw any blood, and, for the most part, allowed me to do whatever. This turned out much better than we expected.
Today we had to put down our 13-year-old cat Chunk. It seems like just yesterday we brought him home. We love him a lot but also knew that was time. He had diabetes and it had taken over. He wouldn’t eat, wouldn’t cuddle, wouldn’t do those things he’s always done. He could hardly even move. […]
I’m pretty sure he’s never going to move again. Granted he keeps getting closer so we have to watch to ensure he doesn’t start on fire.
Lily had a great idea over the weekend and that was to make the cats some bedazzled necklaces. She did all the designing and I just helped tie the strings. Oddly enough, the cats didn’t mind wearing them. I think they kind of liked them. Maybe we should start selling them on Etsy. What do you think?
