Free Google Web Site
Google has now started offering free web sites. That’s right, with the Google Page Creator they have a WYSIWYG HTML editor, pre-defined designs and one nice, easy to use system.
I played with it for five minutes or so this morning and you can see my page: TwisterMc’s Googlie Home Page.
I even looked at the code and it looks pretty nice. It could use external CSS but that’s my opinion.
Good work Google!! 
And now everyone can start speculating on how these pages will effect rankings and bla bla bla.
[update] Goolge’s Page Creator and hosting is having a few issues. So if you get an error page when visiting my Google site, it’s not may fault. Just try again later. That’s why they call it beta.
How do I close out the obnoxious pop up from Google that insists you sign on for their tool bar.
I can’t X it out, can’t right click close, can’t log off etc. No matter what I do, I can’t get out of their screen. I have to crash my computer down to get rid of it.
I would call them or email them by can’t find how to do that either. HELP!

Rich, look for a Google Group for support on sites. That’s usually how Google does support.
