iAqua Takes HUGE Leap Forward
iAqua is rolling along at a fantastic rate. I’ve been working on adding in some of the feedback I’ve been given and theming many other areas. It’s now a much more complete Firefox theme.
The number of additions to 0.2beta are to many to count but here are a few:
- Apple like scrollbars.
- Re-worked and completed large toolbar buttons.
- Add small toolbar buttons
- Added preferences buttons.
- Added bookmarks manager buttons.
- Updated bookmark bar colors.
- Updated auto complete hover colors.
- Window backgrounds customized.
- Apple like progressbar.
- Apple like buttons.
Those are all that I can remember at this point. If you liked iAqua 0.1b you’ll love 0.2b.
Download iAqua 0.2beta - iAqua 0.3beta is out!
Note: Not tested on anything but Mac, but it should work.

Dude, this theme rocks!!
It looks so much better than some of the Mac OSX emulated themes for FF.
While I know this is still in beta, this is pretty good for a beta.
My only issue so far is that the FoxyTunes toolbar thing doesn’t render right.
The left end throbber is split between to set heights.
Like so:

Other than that, looks great!

I’ll have to install and check out FoxyTunes. I’m not sure how that works so I’m not sure how to fix it at this moment.

hi - have been using the ipox theme on my mac for an age and loved it. then came across iaqua…wow…fantastic…wait…why is the close button on the left???
To me this just doesn’t ‘feel’ right IMHO…apart from that i would say that this is the best theme i have every seen.
remind me to buy you a beer!

Close tab….is there a way to alter this??

The close tab is on the left because that’s the ‘Mac Way.’ Since this is a Mac like theme, I thought it was only appropriate.

@ Lee: Try TabMixPlus.
It has an option that allows you to switch the side the Tab Close button is on.
Personally, I don’t see why you would want.
But it’s your Firefox, you do with what you will.
Personally, I like the Tab Close button on the left.

Thanks Steven for your suggestion TabMixPlus has sorted it out - i know what you are saying, but i have never really used Safari and i suppose that i have just got used to having the close on the tab on the right as this is where is has been on ipox for so long!
