I’m So Much Cooler Online
One way or another, everyone capitalizes off the internet. If you’re in the music biz, write a song about it.
Brad Paisley has written some interesting songs in the past including Ticks, Alcohol & Celebrity and continues his string with one called Online. It’s all about how we mask who we really are on sites like MySpace and become much cooler online.
‘Cause online I’m out in Hollywood
I’m 6 foot 5 and I look damn good
I drive a Maserati
I’m a black-belt in karate
And I love a good glass of wine
It turns girls on that I’m mysterious
I tell them I don’t want nothing serious
‘Cause even on a slow day
I could have a three way
Chat with two women at one time
I’m so much cooler online
So much cooler online
The video includes many many guest stars and is a fun one. Check it out.

That isn’t always true of people online.
I can honestly say that I’m about as cool online as I am in real life.
Which isn’t very cool.
Fierce individually tends to do that, I guess.

I’m sure I’m just as cool offline as online too.
Ohh and that is William Shatner. I love it where they tell him he can’t sing.

That’s an excellent video. The best I’ve seen in a long time. The guy in the video reminds me of George from Seinfeld. Loved the song, the video was even better.

That’s the same actor that played George too.

Laughing in a good way with the song. It’s true.
People I’ve met in person. Type alot when I’m online with them but can’t say but 2 words in person. I love the online profiles without the pictures too.

Jason Alexander from Sienfeld, William Shatner, and Maureen McCormick from the Brady Bunch.
And I love it too when they tell Shatner he can’t sing. Anyone who’s heard his tongue-in-cheek rendition of Rocketman will agree. . .
And I love the Vulcan ears Jason Alexander wears when he’s online =)
Excellent video!
