It’s going to be a challenge, but I’m going to try to cut out all extra sugars this week.
That means my breakfast cereal is going to be plain, no ice cream with brownies and sprinkles, no Friday donut, no bag of M&Ms in the desk, no pop, no to most of the things I eat every day! Man this is going to be hard.
The biggest reason I’m doing this is to help show my daughter that it’s not all about the sweets. Now she knows that, but she also sees Dad eating them quite often so she gets mixed signals.
Plus, I’d like to see if I can do it. I’m up to the challenge and we’ll see what happens.
